The PLC module offers a variety of types with a rich number of I/O points, with a maximum of 60 I/O points per unit, meeting the control needs of most small automation equipment. It comes in standard and economic versions to flexibly cater to different application requirements. The innovative signal board design allows for the expansion of communication ports, digital channels, and analog channels without occupying additional electrical cabinet space, improving product utilization and reducing expansion costs for users. With a basic instruction execution time of 0.15 μs, it stands out among small PLCs of its class. Powered by a strong "core", it handles complex program logic and process requirements with ease. The PLC comes standard with an Ethernet interface that supports multiple industrial Ethernet communication protocols such as PROFINET, TCP, UDP, Modbus TCP, and Web server functionality. This interface also enables networking with other PLCs, touch screens, Frequency Converters, servo drives, and upper-level computers. A simple Ethernet cable can be used to download programs to the PLC, eliminating the need for dedicated programming cables and saving time and money. The PLC module integrates up to 3 high-speed pulse outputs with frequencies up to 100 KHz, supporting PWM/PTO output methods and up to 3-axis linear interpolation, easily driving servo motors in various motion modes. The integrated PROFINET interface can connect multiple servo drives, and with the user-friendly SINAMICS motion library commands, quickly achieve speed control and positioning of devices. The built-in Micro SD card slot allows for remote maintenance functions such as easy program updates, factory settings restoration, and firmware upgrades using commonly available Micro SD cards, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and drastically reducing after-sales costs. The software incorporates more humanized designs, such as novel ribbon menus, fully movable interface windows, convenient program annotation features, and robust password protection. While experiencing powerful functions, it greatly improves development efficiency and shortens product time-to-market. The SMART Web Editor tool enables custom web pages, leveraging the PLC's Web server feature to offer customers flexible custom page options.

Warranty Agreement

1.The warranty period of this product is 18 months (subject to the barcode information of the machine body). During the warranty period, under the normal use of the user manual, our company is responsible for free repair of the product sales failure or damage.

2.During the warranty period, certain maintenance costs will be charged for damage caused by the following reasons:

The machine is damaged due to errors in use and unauthorized repair and transformation;

Machine damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other premature disasters and secondary disasters;

Hardware damage caused by artificial fall and transportation after purchase;

Machine damage caused by not operating according to the user manual provided by our company;

Faults and damages caused by obstacles outside the machine (such as external equipment factors);

In case of product failure or damage, please fill in the contents of the “Product Warranty Card” correctly and in detail.

The charge of maintenance costs shall be subject to the latest adjusted “Maintenance Price List” of our company.

This warranty card will not be reissued under normal circumstances. Please be sure to keep this card and show it to the maintenance personnel during warranty.
